Im so Grrr, angry...martin calmed me down i
must admit fer a couple of hours but now im
ragin again an deep breaths arnt helpin lol.

I either bottle it up inside and let it burst
out in tears when nobody is looking. Or I
fully crack the [censored] bap and bring up
things from 5years ago for extra points

Yes Lekki Dr niagara here ! what I perscribe
fer such conditions is rather a self
administered therapy. Now ahh ,fist of all,
yer must go and buy a balloon filled with
helium. Best to buy two in case one
prematurely explodes. That seems to happen
fer people what gets very very very angry. ,
fer some reason.
Now with the balloon in hand what yer must do
is find the perfect spot. A spot what will
allow perfect visual observation up into the
alaltitude.
Now it must be obvious to yer that yer are
going to release the balloon.
But before yer do that there are some steps
fer yer you to proform.

Anger part two !
Ok so you have reached the perfect spot. Now
what yer gonna do is is let the balloon hang
up high directly over yer head. OK ,so now
you address that anger what is now in the
form of helium in that balloon.
Ok so here we go' You are up under that anger
standing. What in that balloon or that
balloon is yer anger. So what yer gonna do is
tell that anger it is taking up to much of
yer time in preoccupation. It is a waste of
yer time and energy. Yer tell that balloon
yer will have that crap anymore. And yer tell
that balloon that yer gonna recapture that
energy wasted in and including the energy it
took fer the anger to build up ,and you tell
it yer gonna use that energy in a productive
way ! Than yer tell that balloon, THIS IS IT
! From now on balloon ,I don't get mad, I
just get even !!!
OK, so than yer release that balloon high up
into the sky. Watch it disappear.
And when that anger arrives at yer door, you
tell it, no,not this time ,not ever again.
Yer not going to consume me, I DON"T GET
MAD,I JUST GET EVEN. There's more profit in
it !
