Are you a fan of food that lives in fresh or
salt water?

Any recommendations or bad experiences?

I've just bought some rainbow trout from the
supermarket. Not cooked fish before so thank
the lord for Google. 15 mins ought to do
it apparently. Touch of salt & pepper and
voila!! Some yummy grub... I hope.

Bit bland.

It'd been reduced in price because today was
the last day before the best before date
expired. Don't know if that affected the
taste (or lack of it) much.

Definitely could have done with lots of herbs
and spices. Seemed to be cooked well enough.
Really tender and it peeled away from the
skin so easily.

I'll stick with smoked salmon from now on.
Much stronger flavour.

haha, I've not got a smoker or a smoking
habit.

They probably sell seasoned salmon fillets.
I'll need to look for them.
