My bill shows a phone call to a premium rate
number, at a time I had the phone with me
(and was watching ER!!). I have never called
a premium rate number. Since then I received
dozens of text messages in the space of a few
minutes. Have blocked these now BUT AM LEFT
WITH A BILL OF OVER £200. I can't afford
this but Virgin insist it's my problem.
Has my phone been cloned? Do I have to pay
it? Any ideas? Honestly, I didn't make the
call and my "dialled calls" don't show the
number. |
