What ones do you like?
What meat do you prefer and how hot!!! ?
Anyone a fan of fish curries?
Never tried one myself, not likely too
either. Bit of a bizarre mix I
think.

love curry, but has to be either chicken or
cheese (paneer) or if its thai, tofu.
i like lots of curries but not the lame
kormas and passandas, or the super hot
vindaloos. Quite like lentil curries too, and
I like dokla and pakora and the breakfast
things cant remember what they are, the
pancakey ones with stuff in them.
and khati rolls, mmmm. My pals married to an
indian bloke so i love going round her house.
kids love it too, wee curry monsters. man
used to come round the house and make samosas
for me, mmm samosa chat, omg i am so
slavering. hara bara kebabs, jesus, i have to
go now, me belly's rumbling |

used to eat ' jalfrezi'
during my ..... drink as much as possible
and end up at the curry house days ..... the
geezers in the balti house , became good
friends
and the REGS , had a captains table.... so we
could just turn up and eat alone , and
someone would be there ... ( Geezers don't
arrange to go out )
they used to give me tours round the kitchen
... ( it was the size of a shoe box )
i used to just go in there , to drink ..
order a curry and then once they served it
tell them i didn't want it and for them to
bag it up......
then i moved to gerrards cross.... and found
a great Indian , well three infact ...
one used to do salmon as a main dish ..
didn't order though as don't like fish
really.... they used to do curried scollops
and loads of other fish ...
very expensive restaurants though 300
snicker for a meal for 4
it was the most fish i have ever seen on the
menu ...
usaully it's just
PRAWN , and KING PRAWN
now i mainly eat takeaways , rather than
going out .... due to the fact i have NO
friends
i usually order ....
butter chicken also known as a few other
names ... but i can't spell them .....
and of course chicken tikka masala and 5,476
popadoms

I do not like the hot curries, you know when
you start thumping the table to divert the
pain somewhere else...washed down with a pint
of water and you still got the curry wince of
pain still on your face.
I just wana eat the [censored] thing and
enjoy it. |

i prefer chicken curries:
Madras (slightly milder than usual)
Rogan Josh
Takka Masala
Korma (NO raisins)
Dhansak
Dupiaza
all I suppose just not the super hot ones. I
have enough bother with my ring

My curry likes and dislikes are a reflection
of my politics... well to the right of
centre. I hate those purile thin useless left
of centre curries-- like Korma.
I love , the middle of the road to hot right
wing curries-- of which perhaps Madras is my
favourite. Although some middle of the road
curries are nice as well , like say
Dopiatza.... The very right wing, red hot
curries have gone too far,
so Vindaloo, and Fal, are a little bit too
much for me.. theyre the BNP of curries. |

OOOh sorry wooly.. I`ve just disagreed with
most profoundly on a different thread, and
now I`m disagreeing again. You like ice cold
stella lager, and not warm beers...by which I
presume you mean all real ales:
That lager is just tasteless, gassed up,
rubbish.. might as well drink ice cold water
.. proper beers with a proper taste like
HobGoblin, Pedigree, Bass, Waggle Dance,
Crop Circle, Enville Honey Beer,Black cat
mild, Kelham Islands range of beers, the real
ales from all over Britain.. get into them.
Look , we must agree on somethings--- I agree
with you fish curries are awful. UUUgh
