more to do with either...
the curry's site, having bandwidth issues
or your internet connection ....
if you have been a naughty boy and downloaded
more than your FAIR USE policy
allowance....during peak times or exceed your
CAP ( <<if not unlimited option )
your ISP will throttle you ....
now depending on which ISP , your with ....
you could be throttles up to 5-10kbps data
transfer...
now I'm not saying it is this... but i would
look into it ...
ie: run a speed test
