I am the administrator on my home PC. I want
to delete one of the user accounts. I've
tried using the normal Control Panel steps,
but each time the application stops
responding. Has anyone come across this or
know of a workaround?

there was an admin password setup on your
install that u need but more likely you have
had a change in your registry. go to
microsofts knowledge base and look up
restoring the registry for your operating
system
