thinking of moving to chell heath |

hi there newbie here.
we are from outside the area (birmingham) and
have to move to stoke due to my work. We have
been offered a house in a place called chell
heath. Just wondered if any one can tell me
what the area is like. The house is a
steel/tin type one off to the right of chell
heath road I think its called dog croft av
but im not 100%.

Ive found out House prices are very low in
chell heath!
My main concern is finging out if its a rough
area?

from birmingham and if i havent heard of it

well as far as i can gather iv known it to be
rough in certain areas but i think its quiten
down a little now thers some nice houses up
there but its the same as anywhere really
theres rough estates all over not just chell
heath, enjoy ur new homexx |

Not sure what to do now. Sounds like there is
a very high crime rate in that neck of the
woods.

Dont even think of moveing to Chell Heath its
the pits of the area, and keep away from
chesterton as well, best find a place in
Newcastle or wolstanton |

chell heath isnt the best place in stoke but
stoke in beneral is FAB ! i live in newcastle
under lyme and LOVE it ! most stoke people
are ace too ! some dodgy areas but u get that
everywhere ! good luck ! |

Move to Meir. Its the posh end of Stoke On
Trent. The type of place where you dont need
to go to the shops. The goods from the shops
come to you! |

rrichie, as an occupier of in the same area
same type of house, my suggestion is to stay
clear, although there are some nice people,
you only have to cross the wrong person and
it could be hell, the fact your looking to
buy and the property is cheap will probs give
you a clear indication of what the area is
like.
Conclusion: Not a good idea at all. |

rich nice choice of teams
stoke, the vale and just down the road is the
alex, or for a bit of upmarket footy staford
