Nearly 2 yrs ago i was contacted by social
workers to inform me that my daughters step
dad who had been living with them for 2 yrs
prior had been questioned by the police on
suspicion of downloading porn of a child
nature. I later find he has a previous
conviction for raping his 6 year old cousin
20 years ago.
My daughters mum who had a 1 yr old son
with him at the time stood by him and said he
woudnt hurt her daughter because he sees her
has his own, she isnt a girl of the street
and he dont beleive in incest despite his
conviction agaisnt his cousin.
I demanded ss bring my daughter to me and
she live with me for this they agreed and she
has been ever since. She was placed on a sex
protection order for 2 mths then extended for
6 mths which offended me as she was with me
now.
He was requested to leave the hosue he
owned by ss and moved in with my exes mum 10
mins round walk away, also opposit my
daughters junior and infants school. Has his
convictions were so long ago he didnt come
under any restrictions or regester.
He was alloud access 3 times a week to his
son supervised by my ex for which they have
breached atleast twice. This was later made
at family centre after he made death threats
against a ss worker.
My ex has taken me to court for custody and
access and wanted her to go home to live with
her and the paedophile and i refused contact
for her sick views. With ss backing she won a
contact order at a family centre but i failed
to attend.
The court then ordered a penal notice
forcing contact to take place but i raised
concerns has my daughter had no desire to, so
an order to take her after school at 3.20
contact to begin at 4 till 5 every monday. My
daughter refused to go so ss worker and a
teacher quized her for 90 mins to convince
her to go agaisnt a promise the ss worker had
made on the friday to ruturn her as soon as
she asked, this was not done. By 5 oclock my
daughter was returned to me she was upset and
i later find they brought her mum to the
school for contact agaisnt her wishes,
Contact lasted only 2 mins.
My daughter is currently under a protection
order against me of emotional abuse because
she refuses to see her mum and they believe i
have brainwashed her. I am currently risking
jail of up to 2 years for denying contact,
was threatened with prosecution for telling
people her fella is a nonse and up in court
for public disorder for calling her a
paedophile lover. (for which i face up to
£1000 fine.
I have been to media and local mps but for
legal reasons no one can help me, family
matters envolving children isnst generally
alloud to be disgussed.
I want people to no whats going on and
hiddern away the net seems to be the only way
i can do this

This is terrible.
It's also once again a matter of the mother
trying to take advantage and denying the
rights of you.
I hope it works out for you. Your daughter
should not have to be near a man accused of
paedophilia and abuse or her mother against
her own will.
I know how complicated such situations can be
though. It's something hard to get through,
for parents and their children. I myself was
caught in problems with my own parents at a
young age where ss got involved and there
were major issues. I ended up not living with
either of my parents and I am only legally
allowed to see them every six months for a
period of two days.
I hope nothing like that has to happen to
her, and that it will get better rather than
much worse.

Shes 10 now which is good as shes old enough
to make her own choices a little. Good job
she wasnt younger she may have been forced to
go to contact. My daughter wasnt sexually
harmed thank god iv taught about what to look
out for in this and my regular contact visits
with her prevented that. Something ss have
critised me for as chldren shoudnt be told
such things about paedophiles and what they
do. But i believe its vital to keep children
safe. |

I been informing her since she was 4. Has i
didnt have custody i wnated to make sure she
was safe and would do the relivant things
should anything happen. All i want is the
goverment to prevent all this but with
current media blocks on family courts theres
little public demand for change.
To be honest had i read this post before id
of thought yeah yeah tell another i suppose
alot feel the same this cant happen in the uk
but it does. |

Indeed Jolly. Such people seem to get away
with so much now and it's shocking how many
risks the government is making with these
people, when everyone knows that pervs
shouldn't be anywhere near a school, or
people for that matter. |

I did question that has to why hes alloud to
live near a school, but they said he was free
to live where he likes has not on an order.
It was said in a way as to hes in the right
rather than he is but shoudnt. Im facing a
total of 4 years jail and £1000 fine id guess
hes facing maybe 3 mths jail has downloading
is seen as a minor offence. Not that its
likely i will go jail mind ya but thats the
possibility. |

It's unbelievable that paedos are let off so
lightly. They all excuse themselves as having
'issues' or having a rough childhood
themselves etc.
Whether such stories or excuses are true or
not, they cannot excuse their despicable
thoughts and actions.
Reportedly, many paedos can refrain from
acting upon their twisted preference, but it
doesn't mean it's safe for them to be near
anyone. |

He faces up to 10 years in jail max but iv
never heard of anyone geting longer than 10
mths but i suppose hell play on the i have a
son to bring up and ill go to counciling blar
blar i wudnt be suprised if he avoides jail
altogether. I have a review tomorrow at ss
maybe ill find out more then its ben 6 mths
since i last had any info on the case. |
