A microsoft trick and one of there Favourites
at that.
If your copy of the operating system is'nt
validated, ie xp, vista etc, or you are not
the Original holder of the Installation disk,
they cut you off.
I bought a PC a little while ago and it had
XP professional loaded on it, even had the
Product Key number, but they would'nt have it
because I did'nt have the Actual disk it was
loaded with.

good morning, the comp came with windows xp
and ive stuck to that one. I know the comp is
just over 3 years old but it doesnt get used
that much really. Well it didnt until lately
when i always seem to be switching it on now.
Im finding its becoming addictive, not good
is it lol.

i also think microsoft are trying to get us
to buy a vista system because me and my
brother both bought our first laptops within
two weeks of eachother and they both broke
not long after vista came out but i bought
off dell and asked for xp beat the system.
But back to your problem it could be somthing
to do with memory if you dont have enough it
could be shutting down because it cant handle
it or it could be a virus i'd get a computor
tec out to it
