TERRORISM IS CLOSER TO HOME THAN YOU THINK
TWO men from Oldham have been charged under
with terrorism offences.
Amjad Mahmood, 29, and Shella Roma, 27, both
of Chester Road, Werneth, Oldham, were
charged with the same offences.
It is alleged that on or between 11 October,
2007, and 31 January, 2008, in Greater
Manchester they distributed or circulated a
terrorist publication.
They are to appear at Westminster
Magistrates' Court on February 12 2008. Both
were arrested by GMP Counter Terrorism Unit
on Thursday 31 January 2008 at Chester Road
in Oldham.
