was notified that my ' Internal virus
directory ' is out of date.....how do I go
about updating the internal virus

AVG anti virus.....
scrap it.... you probably need to subscribe
as free 30 days are up.......although you are
still allowed to use it...
you may no longer get updates untill you hand
over money
although it is a good program.. ( very
popular)
and basically nothing wrong with it..
I would go for the following anti virus..
AVAST (<<GOOGLE)
I've had mine for 2 years now with out any
problem ...
it's FREE.... and very small and doesn't use
up much computer space....
and updates!!!!!!! |

AVG free software,....
I think from memory doesn't allow you to
update..... although I could stand corrected
AVAST home edition updates about 4 timers a
week..... and is free....
everyone i know , now uses it.....

grrrr i did have norton then it gave me a
virus so then I deleted that and added pc
guard which also [censored]ed up. Got someone
out to look at my pc they suggested kaspersky
so i paid £30 and got that. Then last week
that forked up. So now i have added the free
version of avg and just now it said error as
i tried to update it.
Surely there must be some other decent free
anti virus somewhere |

Dear chat memebers
sorry for using this method to start a new
thread but I was unable to log from the other
chat platform as my java is not opening for
some reason. In any case I am rquesting your
help in solving an extremely serious problem
Dear all
I am having a terrible time bue to an attack
on my flash disk by, presumably, a virus
which completely changed all the word and
excel files. when I attempt to open the files
I get a message that the application can not
import the file and asks if I want to run the
system file again. whether I click yes or no
the file continues to open and gives me a
message saying that he has destroyed my files
b/se he wants me to send a message to his
lover who left him. the e mail address given
is Zlove1_4love@[censored][censored]. It
promises to return the file if I sent the
message. I tried the address and it is
invalid. so here I am losing more than a
thousand word and excel files. could anybody
help me.
Best regards
Mesfin
