has any one had problems with virgin media?
iv just found out that iv been getin
[censored] over since june!!
iv had to phone them every month to sort my
bill out and every time i phoned them they
said they would take the extra 10 pound off
that they had put on BUT when i phone the
other day they said that i o them 66 pound
and she went though every thing with me and
now i know that every person i spoke to has
lied about takin the money off my bill.

I had the same problem with my bill every
month so i was kinda running blind with my
account, once a month i'd ring up to get a
late charge taken off or to get services
switched back on...then the [censored]s run
me into another contract after 12 months but
never bothered to tell me, so when i moved to
an area that cable didnt cover i was left
with a hefty bill, they threatened court so i
told them to take me and went over to
sky...who i'd like to point out are just as
crap!
Richard branson is a [censored] in the
highest order, even he's admitted that cable
are crap but has no problem taking our money
and giving nothing in return.
Also i hate the fact you can only complain in
writting...which is utter [censored] cos i
got a direct number to the complaints
department.
Saying that though i was once given 25 quid
for calling a manager a tosser as
compensation lmaoooo. |

my parents have trouble with fools every
month!.. every time they ring up someone
tells them somethin different! they make
bills up out of the blue and expect my mum
and dad to pay for em if not they wont put
our services back on. they take the Pee eye
double ess!! |

Sky are so expensive though 
£30 a month for their most basic packages is
it not? 
Why you not get Freeview? Or you talking
about for your internet? |
