The Theatre performance course I am running
will be at the beautiful studio of Oxford
House, Derbyshire Street, Bethnal Green
starting Tuesday 6th November at 7.30-9.30pm.
It is easily accessible by tube to Bethnal
Green. District line or the number 8 bus.
and every Tuesday in November breaking for
the month of December and returning Tuesday
January 8th on going until the performance
date in mid March
It will last for 14 x 2 hour sessions, you
will need to pay the registration fee and
first month in advance (£30 to Salsa UK Ltd
for registration one off payment, and £35
cash) and then monthly in advance if you
prefer to pay it all at once that is up to
you. I have arranged it this way so that
those who get paid monthly can afford to do
it, however if you fail to attend the full
course your registration fee and any fees
paid are non refundable.
The first date we will complete the
registration and go through some moves to see
what levels everyone is at, and I will
introduce you to the concept of the
choreography, that I have in mind. I like it,
and hopefully you will also.
Each student will pay a £30 deposit to Salsa
UK,(checks made payable to Salsa UK Ltd, or
the cash must be handed in on the first day),
to confirm his or her participation in the
Street Salsa Show. The school's slot will not
be confirmed without receiving this deposit
from every student.
Each school will receive a minimum of 10
tickets per team member to sell. Each student
is expected to sell 10 tickets each
A £3 commission will be earned on each ticket
sold which means that when a student sells 10
tickets they recoup their deposit. However if
they do not sell any tickets or pull out they
will not get any of the deposit refunded
The content, standard and style of the show
is to be decided by the School.
I am also teaching a ladies styling course
for 6 weeks starting Thursday 10th January
for 6 weeks
10th, 17th,24th,31st January then 7th and
21st Feb. giving everyone Valentines off
although no one ever asks me out for it
LOL.This will be on Thursdays from
7.30-9.30pm. Same venue £70 for the course or
£15 for one session. The course must be paid
in advance.
If you are certain of doing any of these
course please let me know by mailing
'performance course' or 'ladies styling' back
to me so that I have a good idea of numbers.
If you did my styling class at the congress
and did not receive a print out please mail
me back with the words 'print out' and I will
forward one to you. I really enjoyed teaching
you guys; you made my congress really
special, and I hope that I will be invited to
do so again.
