Why is it sum of us can end a relationship,
walk away n move on but then u get the knobs
of ex's that for sum unknown reason just
wanna stir the smelly stuff n cause grief???

how many times have you told him that your
not intrested anymore? if he still aint got
the message he prob would if he saw you with
another guy, 1 dont let him get to you if you
see him around ignor him act like you didnt
see him and move on 2 keep laughing when he
sees your happy and you've moved on he will
soon get bored 3 even tho he makes it hard if
you keep playing hes game hes winning just by
talking about it hes got you right where he
wants ya end of the line just forget him gal

I know where ya coming from, its a bloke
thing, we get all sorts of messages and
mis-interpret them, i have to admit i was
part of that group.. probably still am but
dont want to admit it...
But anyhow if a relationship ends then
sometimes both parties still admit to things
that proobably wasnt finished or closed at
the termination of the relationship..
But that is my opinion |

sorry thats not how it work my ex thred to
kill me and my son he tryed to kidnap him i
brought my house i work, i dont spunde off
the goviment. i pay my tax like every 1 ells
and i hate it when men think there better
then us women sorry but at the end off the
day not every 1 wanted kids i love my son but
it was to lat to get rid off him hes ere now
so i look after him and all so his dad shud

when my wife told me she was seeing somebody
else i lost my kids, home and everything.
there was no pain like it. i miss my kids so
much! for me it does not matter who's kids
they are, they just need two parents too make
them whole. |

I would agree but not if the father is
violent or disordered ,then the child is
better off without him
I know a man who assaulted his partner while
she was holding their six month old baby-took
them hostage and then assaulted three
policemen who came to rescue her
Social Services still granted him access-the
mother had to move hundreds of miles away in
secret to get him away from them
I dont blame women like that-they are the
ones let down by social services in those
situations

i agree there are a few good dads out there
but when it cums to ur kids ur cant tkt he
risk after my ex asulted me when i had my son
in my arms i was told by social servies i
wasnt allowed to see any 1 ells or have my
son tk off me thats all thanx to my ex bf. i
had to tk a injuctio out on him im making him
pay now he droped my son and blamed me. so
now hes only allowed to write to my son, till
hes 13 then its in a contaces center. but i
agree a child need to parents. |

night creep up her nose and lay eggs in her
brain (plenty of room up there)

my wife & i split recently 7th jan went back
a day later said can we would try a again
sort this out weve been together for 21 yrs
she has been unhappy last year with us moving
are new house 3rd dec could not make us feel
better, went to leicester to watch argyle
play few weeks, later rang my son to see how
he got on that day,then spoke to my wife see
if she was ok she said look im sorry i dont
love you anymore she told me that 7th jan
aswell there is no 1 else involved which im
glad but we always said to each we would
never unfaithful, i dont hate her, we are
still good friends love my 2 kids to bits, im
still gettin over it it hurt so much feels
like im grieving without the death part, i
hope to meet lots of new friends now got lots
of mates half are married but move to house
to get on with own life. were not all bad |

Whenever we lose of a significant other there
are feelings of grief 
In a way someone leaving us can be worse than
them dying because theres an element of free
will in desertion or rejection
Its not only a persons security that gets
shattered but also their self worth

aprt off me who cares bec we have a son im

absolutely nothing at all to the relationship
at all-it all centred around him

I found it helpful (in order to get over
someone) to imagine them in a ridiculous
situation-
You need to base it on a foible or flaw that
your ex actually has
[but for goodness sake make sure its not
something that would evoke pity or the
feeling you ought to rescue them]
Imagine them doing something silly
My ex used to kid himself that he was a
seducer of beautiful women pmsl one of them
had a tash-I used to imagine him with her it
put me right off another one was really ugly
(even her photo frightened me)
It made him seem like a deluded fool and it
helped me stop the unhelpful thoughts-that I
still loved him lmao

well just to add my bit again, i got 2 ex's
in my life that r givin me nothin but grief n

like get the hell outta my life (i even moved
but he dont know where i am thank fk) the
other just thinks he can stick his nose in n
stir the smelly stuff for me n my new fella
