I'm sure most people have files on their PC
that they wouldn't want to lose as a result
of a hard drive failure or security breach
so...
Do you back your files up on to a secondary
hard drive?
If so, is it internal or external & how many
GB's?
How often do you back up your files?
I think Virgin or BT are now offering an
alternative online storage backup facility.
Does anyone happen to subscribe to it?
Sounds like a decent idea but I'd imagine
it'd take a long long time to transfer 20GB
or more in files unless you have 10MB+
broadband. |

Ah, the humble floppy disk heh. Surprised
people still use them with their small
storage capacity and USB flash drives
available.
I guess if it's just small files like word
documents it's not so bad. |

Ach, I bought the Freecom 250GB external hard
drive about 2 years ago.
Cost me about £70.
Can't believe the 500GB one is that price
now.
Amazing how cheap data storage is becoming. |

I'm a nervous one. I back up to a second
hard drive on the computer...back that one up
to and external. The really important ones I
back up again to a portable external that I
carry with me and to a storage card that I
can access on my phone.
Okay so I carry alot of work files but I
never loose them in a crash 
(oh stop laughing. I know I have issues.
