last tuesday night i was attacked by three
dangerous coke heads, it was outside my home,
it was on look north news, two men in
hospital, one with serious wonds on face and
arm, and another with head injury, i had head
injury, 11 stitches from a crow bar and the
lump has not gone down, there was an indent
in my skull. the problem is, the police don.t
seem to care i have a paranoia ilness this
does not help, i was attacked by three men
for nothing, im still waiting for police to
question me |

their probation officer/case worker/social
worker would have had you banged up on the
spot? go back to the media and have them
accompany you down to the station to give
your statement-if possible with your local
councillor/M.P. - it could be the only way to
get some action out of them (assuming they're

been charged with 1xgbh and 2x assult, for
defending my right to breath, eat, walk talk,
ect, im only a little bloke, they are

woman beater, bailed for his pedo nature, the
other will not mention he was tricked by
them into attacking me and got six inch scar
on his face when i got him with a wood saw,
im going down, but i will take the two fat

all i want now is to see my daughter,s, who
are in northern ireland, when i do then it
will be time for me too leave... just to see
what they look like after 14 years, but they
think im dead, and they think i hurt their
mother, i had a temper when i was young, but

after 8 years , not right a man acting like a

it,s like a wise [censored] who i took in
once said before he never paid me 20 quid a
week rent, EVERYONE HAS AN OPPINION, BUT

it to my sister,s and i ran to the phone box
and rang police, and they put me on hold,
with three nasty men behind me, so i ran to
my dads door and collapsed, but held it

when you get an head injury to the frontal
lobe and you are ill anyway, psycosis set,s
in and thats a lonly self centerd place, a
month later i hit a landrover head on in my
skoda, that did not haelp matters very much,
last week i was drunk and a man smashed my
head into a wall and woke up in casualty, but
i keep waking up thats the painfull part |

it,s all new to me sorry for saying
attempted, im not a very smart person at
time,s thanks for putting me straight, if i
did not stand my ground to those men, i would
still be taunted by them, im sorry that i
used an hand saw on one of them, but then
there was one less to deal with, but in
return one of them hit me over the head with
a garden hoe so hard it broke the
shaft,leaving a large gash i could see my
skull, wonderd what that might look like, it
was nice to be alive to see it |

my property was in danger ,they where in my
garden, the prevoked me and i was terrified,
i went out with the saw to frighten them off,
i don,t normally fight people, the saw was an
accident one of the men came too close, he
was out of is head on coke, and waving around
saw did not bother him, he got the tip of saw
down the left side of his face,that did not
stop him, plus there were two more men at
different angels, i had to stand my ground,
did not want to hurt him, but they wanted to
hurt me |

the fact that you picked up the saw in the
eyes of the law means that you were in the
wrong, you went out with the intention of
hurting someone and thats what you did,
have you never heard of picking up the phone
and dialing 999?
all you had to do was say that you were in
danger and they would have sent someone out
immediatly who was better trained to cope

paranoid schitzophrenic, now prison might
become hospital, and i also was attack and
thease people have history of violence, i

It's unfortunate that the laws that have been
made to protect us, don't actually do that.
Reasonable force is getting higher and higher
in violence to become effective, and yet the
victims are still the ones made to suffer.
Nymph is right about the legality of things,
and i think that some laws should be
subjected to a rethink.
But then, if the laws were relaxed a little,
you would then probably get people who will
abuse the changes, and get away with things
that they wouldn't get away with now.
It's all a shady area i think.
Unfortunately, criminals are getting away
with more and more anyway. |

the law changes slighty when you have mental
health issues, i have had many experimental
tyes of medication since i was 23, i am now
37, and on a strong vallium, i need this just
too leave my home, to come to the libarary
amongst many people, some time,s you have to
make a stand or the mantal and physical
bullying will get worse, and i wont take it
anymore, reject of society, 12inch tattoo

the law can be an ass at times, i once got
charged with GBH, then it was reduced to
section 18, wounding with intent to cause
GBH, they said i'd used street furniture as a
weapon, which i never did, he hit his head on
a lamp post and the kerb as he fell, i even
gave first aid until the ambulance arrived..
eventually the case was dropped by the cps
due to the fact i was defending myself, which
was good, but, why the hell should i be
charged for defending myself from a pair of
idiots??? |

There is an old saying ,to be a good liar you
must have a good memory .
reading through your thread you first said
one of them hit you over the head with a
crowbar . Later on you said again about the
crowbar and the 49 yr old and how you dropped
to the floor .
But further down the thread you said you
were hit over the head with a garden hoe

You also said you could have killed all three

i have decided to change my plea to quilty,
yes there are lot,s of contradictions in my
version of events, but all in all they came
to me, i defended my property, but should
never have left my home, should have rang the
police and be called a grass and get more
trouble, but instead i dealt with this
problem and the hard men grassed on me, now
from the judges mouth i will get a minimum of
4 years, but at least the bully boys won,t
mess with me in a hurry, sod being a victim
, i will always fight back, weather in
rampton or prison, no doubt prison, my
mental health is a ok, don,t need medication
anymore, mr travela life is full of
contradictions we would not exist without
them |

change your way of thinking, and i got dinked
really hard, at the time i thought it was a
crowbar, but police found the broken garden
hoe in a wheely bin with my dna on it, a
month later i hit a landrover head on and
dinked my head harder. |
