helo my name is lewis and iv been producing
reggae for about 6years, i was brought up on
roots reggae and i love it. i use smoking to
inspire me with my creation of music but iv
resently been told by many mental health
workers that smoking ganja is making me
phycotic, and could lead me into some
seriouse mental health problems. i love to
smoke because it gives me a a good
insperation for my reggae music, it allso
makes me see when iam doing wrong and makes
me tern within for awnsers. i realy dont
know what to do, iv not smoked for 2weeks now
and it feels very strainge. iv not made any
tunes in this time wich worrys me. should i
take the doctors advise or continue to smoke?
hope somone could advise me on what to do,

i have a friend who ended up in the nut house
through smoking weed,hes out now but hes not
the same person it has really messed him up |

If you want to turn into a paranoid
schizophrenic then start smoking again.
If you want to be a talented musician then
stay off it.

If you need drugs to make your 'music' then i
suggest you lack any real talent.
I expect you have found during this short
period of clarity that your 'music' doesnt
sound nearly as good as you thought it did
when you were so doped up you didnt really
give a tonka truck what it sounded like
anyway.
Now you can think straight, have a look at
your life and realise you cant spend the rest
of your life in a bedroom at your mums house
making music no one else wants to hear.
Have you cleaned up all the 'munchies'
wrappers and dirty plates from the take away
meals from under your bed? Or will you be
leaving that to some one else who isnt off
their heads on drugs? |
