They killed Jesus because he was dangerous
He wanted people to know the Truth and he
challenged the status quo
He pointed out fault and highlighted
injustice and hypocrisy
They killed him because he was a threat to
the Jewish religion

The Gospel of Judas, anyone? The Church set
out to vilify the Judas character. In the end
they had him kill the Christ. It`s an
anti-semitic development of the Church. |

No it was the Jews that wanted him killed not
the Romans-he was a threat to the
hypocrytical established Jewish religion
which wasnt very spiritual
He spread a gospel of love and compassion and
they hated him for it

if jesus was alive today he'd certainly sort
out the crack and smack heads. with one foul
blow from his poison dart gun they would be
re-assigned to the nether world. Then jesus
in his flame sprayed Bugati Veyron will tear
through the new streets of sodom and bring
his mighty justice upon all non believers and
infidels alike.
he would probably have a jet-ski that fired
rocket launchers and mines. |

Yes when he returns it will be in glory
He will be returning to Israel shortly before
the end of the world (Armagedon)
Everyone who has ever lived will be judged
and the unrighteous will not inherit the new
world
Gods new earth-
which will have no evil
no death no sickness no suffering everything
made perfect as it was intended in the
beginning

Here is what is said:
The crucifiction
Hanging on a cross was the most disgraceful,
agonizing and cruel form of death penalty. In
the times of Romans, such a death penalty was
imposed only on the most hardened criminals.
The torture of a crucified man is impossible
to describe. Besides unbearable pain in every
part of the body, the crucified underwent the
ordeal of terrible thirst and spiritual
suffering until dead. The chiefs of the Jews
wanted to disgrace Jesus Christ forever by
condemning Him to such a death.
The Reason
Jesus came with his followers to Jerusalem
during the Passover festival. He was involved
in a public disturbance at the Temple in
Jerusalem when he overturned the tables of
the moneychangers there. At some point later,
he was betrayed by one of his apostles, Judas
Iscariot, leading to his arrest. The Romans
ruled the city and the Jewish authorities of
the city had to arrest people in order to
obey Roman orders to maintain the peace.
Jesus' disciples went into hiding after he
was arrested. Later he was sentenced to death
by crucifixion. |

when jesus returns his scabbard will be
crimson with the blood of his foe. his
enemies will fall, lifeless and limbless to
the floor and christ will speak in flames.
all who cast their eyes upon him will have
their souls torn from their bodies and
judgement will fall like larva from the sky. |

batgirl take note that one small problem with
the bible as it was originally written....it
was scribed thousands of years after the fact
so traslation either then or now is not
always literal. |

I was thinking about this yesterday and what
annoys me about the Bible is that women get a
raw deal
[eg] why was the woman (caught in adultery)
brought before Jesus and not the man

the woman might have been the accused but
Jesus accused the men and proved his point by
saying " let him without sin cast the first
stone"
then the woman was forgiven by a simple
admonition that Christ didnt condemn her and
to sin no more
