Joe Lieberman is a hypocrite who makes a
mockery of faith by his lack of faith. He
thinks that the symbolism of taking
Saturday's off and refusing to drive his car
on the Sabbath is more important than butting
your Senate seat on the line for the good of
the planet. If Joe Lieberman believes in God
then he believes that God is a moron --- and
that God is stupid enough to put symbolic
acts of ritual ahead of actual faith. If
there is a God and God created the universe,
then isn't it reasonable to assume that God
isn't stupid? And for Joe Lieberman to hold
this out as a Jew is to say Jews think that
God is as stupid as George W. Bush. It
insults the very fabric of what Judaism is
all about. |

Besides --- the very idea of the Sabbath
itself is based of the notion that God
created the world in 6 days about 7000 years
ago. We now know that the universe is far
older than 7000 years and that the very basis
for the Sabbath is rooted in a story
equivalent to a child's fairy tale. It's
right there with believing in Santa Claus and
the Tooth Fairy and is hardly a basis for
people like Joe Lieberman or other Orthodox
Jews to publicly flaunt their moral
superiority. Honoring the Sabbath in the
manner Lieberman does is merely a form of
moralistic masturbation.

Joe Lieberman is a poor candidate for public
office and a poor example of a Jew. I
strongly urge Democrats to not think in terms
of either Joe Lieberman or Al Gore for
president on 2004. Gore and Lieberman had
their turn and they dropped the ball. It's
time to find a fresh face that will bring
back the principles of Bill Clinton and
return us to a government based upon sound
and reasoned decision making. Or - Maybe we
should look to someone like Jesse Ventura -
who is a dedicated public servant and puts
the good of the public ahead of his own
personal gain. I also respect Jim Jeffords
--- who left the Republican Party for the
good of the nation and put himself at great
personal risk to do what really is
right.

your opinion about a perticular country is
negative and dosnt take into account everyone
isint that a racist generalization it was

your blogs , part of the christian walk is to
self examine, i read yer rant about
contradictions in the bible the other day, so
u think your a good christian but ya clearly
lack understanding and spiritual
enlightenment of the word of God!!! i say
this in love brother!! u just confuse people
with what u write,, if your so passionaite
about your love of Jesus then tell us all
about him and what he's done for u. but the
more religious scripture jargon u write just
makes you another religious gadgee!!!

They are a lot better than Asians and whislt
not perfect they can set a reasonable example
to other races on how to behave in another
culture. They don't like their kids marrying
outside their religion and they do tend to
huddle together in their own communities
though. However they integrate a lot better
than Asians though and they look after their
properties. I have never been to a no go
Jewish area either and met lots of Jews I
have liked. That isn't to say I haven't met
an Asian I like, because I have, just not
very many though. |

itself.almost like there were two people
running the account. call me paranoid but i

website. williams is about as christian as
the grand mufti as jerusalem.
if he was christian he would either find the
question too silly to ask or be able to
answer the question himself from Christian
