I missed the first episode yesterday so
watching it on BBC 3 just now.

Anyone see it last night?

If so, what did you think?

Hmm...

Those things just looked like 2 legged
rhinos.

Bit fast moving for my liking (the episode I
mean).

Not a bad but I expect more.

Won't be happy till I see a Dr Who adversary
that makes me run and hide behind the sofa.

Not sure if that'll ever happen on a BBC
programme that appears on a Saturday night
before 9pm but I'll live in hope.

yeh i saw that when i was flicking thru
ceefax so watched it, thought it was going to
be funny but there wasn't as much comedy in
it as i thought and after 20minutes i turned
off.

Doctor who was a little better then the last
episodes on things other then story lines.

for example they used to film it with a glowy
look (like the original series of Star Trek
used to do with woman) which I hated. they
have gotton rid of that now

fast moving story line made it a little more
interesting i thought. still cant get over
how the new side kick the doctor hasn't met
before when he did meet her in the episode of
the previous series that was to do with
canary wharf!

true same actor different characters but not
much care was taken to make them look
different. so its made the program look silly
now.

but apart from a few small things like that,
same as normal really.

Did u know the original series of doctor who
back in the 50's was a educational program,
got it on video recorded of the TV back in
the 80s (the last time it was aired).
interesting to watch that and the following
non-educational episodes and this new look
ones.

recomend anyone to!

ps why do people get so scared of doctor who,
i can understand it a bit more with kids with
the new series but not with the old ones!

well they say its supposed to be a low budget
show. but its not as they threw as much money
at it (if not more when wages for all
involved is included) then they do for Life
On Mars!!

(see credits at end, theres twice as many
people working on doc who then life' mars and
with uni degrees!!)

but that said maybe thats why they haven't
got another writer!

At least we don't have long to wait for

to the grand final, is the master coming

we have to wait two weeks. As that out of

Loved every minute of Doctor Who the new
Series since 2005 Starring Christopher
Eccleston as the Doctor back then and now
David Tennat as the Doctor.

There was of course quite a few episodes of
Doctor Who I found dissapointing and weak in
some of them though Russell T Davies villain
Scripts was his best.

Was not dissapointed to see the Master come
back.

It's a shame John Simm who plays the new
Master died at the end.

The Master use to get burnt up regualy in the
original series of Doctor Who from
1963 - 1989 and in this finale Episode that
was on Saturday 30th June 2007 similar.

Sad ending though. Very sad.

To see the Doctor actually go through so much
before and again to see him having to burn
the Master at his funeral. That must have
hurt him.

Especially when the Doctor was looking into
the Master's eyes forgiving him after all
been enemies and then acted as though they
were the best of friends at the end.

In fact, along time ago on planet Gallifrey
during their childhood the Doctor and the
Master were the best of friends so would
exspect the Doctor to be quite emotional.

Along lost child hood friend gone and died
cause of the evil that had entered him from
the Vortex.

Then we've learnt that the Master use to be a
good Timelord.

It just shows if your forced to turn away
from good cause of differences then you might
just end up following the path of Evil, if
messing with the Devil it opens up your mind
of evil.

I for one feel sorry for the Doctor.

The Last of the Time Lords Episode made me up
set to see the Doctor having to do that to
the Master.

The Doctor would have probably thought it's
always them that have to die first too many
often before me why does it happen more often
to them than me.

Now to see a hand with red painted nails
picking up the ring from the Ashes of the
Master may well be the Master ressurrected as
he did always regenerate originally.

Looks like the Master is now a female.

Wonder which female is going to play the
Master.

A female was originally going to be
the Doctor. Don't want the Doctor to be
female.

As for the Titanic crashing in through the
TARDIS. Not sure about that one.

Would have been better if a UFO crashed in
through the TARDIS from Roswell UFO Crash.

Just have to wait and see till Voyage of the
Dammed Doctor Who on Christmas Day.

Jack's the Face of Bo
_______________________

Never thought Jack was the Face of Bo after
all. Never knew that originally cause we've
never heard of Jack until The Empty Child.

Actualy if you look back on The End Of The
World Episode 2 of Doctor Who Starring
Christopher Eccleston just take a long hard
look of the Face of Bo and he actually does
look like Captain Jack.

The Face of Bo has the same hair style as
Captain Jack.

Still never guessed that originally.

Just thought the Face of Bo was another
character Russell T Davies had come up with.

Never thought it was a link to been
Captain Jack in future Episodes of the
Christopher Eccleston season.

Funny how these things turn out.

By the way, thought I noticed Martha was
recognising Jack as the Face of Bo when
Martha had never seen the Face of Bo.

Only Rose saw the Face of Bo on Satellite 5
in Doctor Who the End of The World Episode
2.

Don't know how come Martha seem to know the
Face of Bo when Jack said "They did call me
the Face of Bo" like had seen him before when
she didn't.

There's another story there.

What a truly fantastic episode The Sontaran
Strategem was,the best so far.It was great to
see Donna and Martha interacting together for
the first time, and they seem to get on well
with each other for now.It was good to see
Donna back with her Grandfather once again at
least for the time being, what an amasing
actor Bernard Cribbins really is,one of the
final carry on actors alive, and able to cut
it in a sci-fi drama, can't wait to see
Martha's clone in the next episode against
Donna and the Doctor....

I want a Martha clone.

Great second part to the Soltoran story, The
Poison Sky,one for those environmentalist out
there, and the lazy sods who drive around in
those 4 by 4's to only do there shopping down
the road SO SAD!!! you'll never look at your
tom tom in the same way again,ha ha ha ha
just think if something like that were really
to happen,it could cure the road rage we see
so prevalent on the road in this day and
age,and on a lighter note once again what
truly touching scenes by Donna and her
grandfather Bernard Cribbins,only to be
spoiled by the idiot mother. The Doctor's
daughter looks soooooooooo athletic

Yea. Sounds a bit weird.

Probably a twist in the story though.

If the Doctor is a Time Lord does that make
his daughter a Time Lady?

Wonder if she'll end up with a spin-off tv
series.

Yea, suppose it does.

Sounds better than a time lady anyway.

Can't see it actually being his daughter.

That'd just be weird.

2 minutes into the episode and we find this
out.

Hmm...

They don't want to keep us guessing then.

SHE has a heart too.

Isn't it quite unusual for females to have
hearts?

haha, what an ending.

Great twist in the plot, just as I thought it
was going to be a sombre episode.

"What you gonna do, tell my dad"

Another Timelord. Hooray! )

Not one of the best episodes The Doctor's
Daughter,but very intiguing all the
same.Didn't like the way Martha treated the
Hath not that it was intentional or anything,
but it's just the fish like creature jumped
in for as she was sinking down, and let's be
honest if it wasn't for the hath she would've
be a gonner, but when it was her turn to save
the creature she didn't jump in like it did
for her, just typical of a lot of women in
this society, want but don't give as
much!!!!!

The Unicorn and the Wasp was a great outtake
on the 1920s,and the whole Agatha Christie
thingy, the doctor plays the whole detective
part brilliantly to a tee,an i love when the
priest turns into the wasp, with that big
puff of purple smoke, briliant!!!!!!!

They're my fave doctors as well. I heard a
horrible rumour that the weird looking boy
from Skins (who was in About A Boy) was
tipped to be the next doctor, I think I'd
stop watching it!! lol. I can't imagine it
without DT now, he's perfect.
Didn't think much to this week's, pretty poor
story really, I mean, talk about really
stretching it to make it fit the facts - lol.
And the CGI was dire. Still, DT and CT were
really good, they have gerat comic timing.
Glad there was no sign of Rose, can't stand
her. Why can't she just stay in her own
dimension like a good girl?! ;-)

I've always thought Richard E Grant would
make a brilliant doctor, he'd be suitably
grumpy. It would be quite good to get back to
a more grumpy doctor seeing as DT and CE were
both a bit manic. Alan Davies might be good
too. Not in the same league as DT of course,
although maybe would've been better when he
was younger. He'd be a more quietly brilliant
doctor than a rushing around mad one - lol.
