most if not all nationalaties with different
languages are allowed their own chatrooms in
many other places WHY NOT WALES. it is a
disgrace that in this world of
'multiculturism' Wales and Welsh are not
recognied as an entirely seperate entity and
given the status it deserves. We are in fact
one of the oldest languages in Europe and
therefore surely worthy of a small piece of
the web where we can talk amongst ourselves.
Is it that other people are afraid that we
are talking about them. We may do i'm sure
other people do it as well. To deny a
person's right to speak his or her own
language is an absolute disgrace and an
affront to our civil rights( since these
words are so popular right now I might as
well use them). When will we stop being
subjugated and forced to use another tongue.
Do not get me wrong I love different
languages as they are fun to listen to and
learn, but I love Welsh more than anything.

if the wales room needs welsh speaking mods,
then how about you and some others apply, so
you can speak it in there?

Isn't the answer simple? Please use Welsh
money from Welsh businesses to employ Welsh
programmers to write a Welsh chat room
site... Isn't that what other countries
do...?
