I agree with Andy. Best tell her now but do
it in a nice quiet place. Take her out to
the pictures or something and definitely
don't whip out yer tool. Do it soon. You
don't want to grow old wondering "what if?".
At least if you are cool about it you might
stay friends and then who knows?

If she is your friend ask her what she looks
for in a man. Because shes your mate it
should be easy to find out stuff about her.
Be carefull though, I started going out with
a mate once and it only lasted a few weeks
and that was years of friendship over. One
more thing, When she finds out you like her
dont let her take you for a mug ive seen that
happen to many times sometimes it turns out
they wernt that much of a mate after all.
