Who did he kill? is he a child killer? did he
kill someone because he had a mental illness,
or in a crime of passion....forget the name.

he killed and 18year old boy and a 28year old
woman because she dumped him and met someone
else
when he had slit there throats,sexualy
mutilated them and stabbed them a massive
amount of times he suddenly developed mentle
health, which proffesionals are now saying he
has no mentle health so he should be freed!!
how convenient is that |

He must have spent a few years in the clink
then, either in a secure psychiatric hospital
or something similar! if the professional
people are letting him go back into society
he has to go somewhere, and surely he won't
be going back to his old neighbourhood. it's
those guy's who have a repeated pattern of
dangerous behaviour that would defo worry me!

11years in a hospital is not a sentence
that means he has served 5 and 1/2 years each
person how is that a sentence life should
mean life
what will everyone say when he gets released
and strikes again which he has said he will
do |

There is obviously no guarantee this guy
won't kill again, but that's the decision
those who are responsible for releasing him
are willing to take...if he kills again they
know there going to be pulled up about the
decision they made! to do what he did shows
the guy had obviously lost it, and was
probably deranged when he committed the
crime, but if he's coming out he has to go
somewhere...the family's will obviously be
disturbed by the news that he will be
released but as has been said there are
maximum tariffs and only so long they can be
incarcerated for. |
