If you are having problems getting your Password by Email, you can retrieve your password by Text message.
Please note the following:
- This method is for people who are unable to receive passwords by email.
- This method of retrieving your password requires a mobile phone and is only available to people within the UK.
- Text message is charged at £1.50 + Standard SMS charge.
- You must have bill payers permission before sending the text message.
- Retrieving your password by SMS may* give you more features than someone who signed up sucuessfully by email.
Please supply your username and email address that you signed up with below. Once supplied you will be instructed how to get your password.
